Online Multi-Track Audio Mixer

Use this online audio mixer to combine voice, music, sound effects and other audio files on a shared multitrack timeline. Edit audio online without opening a project

Traditional audio editors often make you install a large application, create a project, choose storage settings and wait for the workspace to load before making a simple edit. This browser-based audio mixer opens directly on the editing timeline: add your files, arrange the clips and start working immediately. There is no project file to create or reopen, which makes it convenient for quick mixes, podcast adjustments, voice-over work and combining music with narration.

The workflow stays focused on the result. You can trim, split, copy, move and box-select clips, adjust fades and volume, shape the sound with a 10-band equalizer, then export the full mix or only the selected clips. Mix multiple audio tracks online

Create empty tracks or import files as new tracks. Drag clips horizontally to change their timing or vertically to move them between tracks. Drag either clip edge to trim, place the red playhead to cut a clip, and overlap clips on one track to create an automatic crossfade. You can also drag a selection box around several clips and move them together.

For edits that only remove the beginning or end of one recording, use the Audio Trimmer. If the arrangement is correct but a quiet recording needs more level, try the Audio Volume Booster before rebuilding the mix.

Shape the mix with a 10-band equalizer

Use the built-in 10-band EQ to adjust 31 Hz, 62 Hz, 125 Hz, 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz and 16 kHz. Each band ranges from -20 dB to +20 dB, starts at 0 dB and can be reset instantly. The effect is audible during preview and applied when you export the mix.

How to use Audio Mixer

1. Create up to eight tracks and import as many as 32 clips.
2. Arrange multiple clips on a track or drag clips between tracks.
3. Trim clip edges, split at the playhead and overlap clips for crossfades.
4. Adjust clip volume and fades, then mute or solo tracks as needed.
5. Use Space to play or pause, and Command or Control plus Z to undo an edit.
6. Box-select clips when needed, then export only the selected clips or export the complete mix as MP3 or WAV.

Choose a format for the finished mix

Export WAV when you need a working file for another editing step, or MP3 when a smaller delivery file is more useful. The MP3 versus WAV comparison explains the trade-offs; converting a compressed source to WAV cannot restore missing source detail. Download and listen to the exported mix before sharing it. For a file-size target after mixing, open the downloaded result in Audio Compressor; the temporary mixer project is not transferred automatically.

Browser-based privacy and limits

Supported processing happens locally on your device. Large projects require substantial memory because the browser must decode, align and encode several tracks at once. Keep the original files and preview the export before publishing it. Use the MP3 Converter when the finished file must be delivered in another broadly supported audio format.

Audio Mixer versus Audio Merger

Use Audio Mixer when tracks should overlap, such as narration over background music. Use Audio Merger when files should play sequentially, such as joining podcast chapters end to end.
